Cabbage and carrots taste better than meat! Simple and delicious breakfast recipe
Ingredients:
300g cabbage
Shred the cabbage
Set aside in a bowl
60g carrot
30g green onion
Dice the green onion
2 eggs
Salt
Black pepper
Paprika
1tbsp olive oil
Mix well
1/4 cup all purpose flour
Medium heat
Olive oil
Scoop some batter into the pan
Fry for 3-5 minutes
Flip over and fry for another 2-3 minutes
Done!
Repeat with the remaining batter
2tbsp sour cream
1tsp soy sauce
1/8tsp hot chili sauce
Mix well
So crispy and delicious!
Very tasty with the sauce!

I made this yesterday. Very nice ans straight forward. I thought about putting them on a paper towel to absorb the oil, like someone else mentioned, but I didn't, and they do not feel or taste oily at all. Very yummy. Thank you!!

Back in the day... they used a paper bag.Then to find out the paper keeps whatever you're frying it keeps it crispy takes care of the oil too.

For flavor…I’m using sesame seed oil. Small amount, or coconut 🥥 oil.

If using extra virgin olive, grass fed butter, avocado, or coconut oil would eat it all without draining excess oil. Would not fry with any other oil… Amazingly healthy fats for a healthy lifestyle..

Cabbage to mix with anything, it lift up the taste. Bean soup, with cabbage better taste . Cabbage with fried onion and pasta, and the cubes of meat, Unbelievable taste And best ever, to me. Cabbage Parcels rice minced meat season good wrapped in cabbage leaves, boiling that, It's my favourite meal

Ivy, you’ve described cabbage rolls or gollomkes in Polish. After I lay the cabbage rolls in the pan I layer tomato soup overtop and chopped carrots. Cover with foil to steam (line baking dish with a little water) and remove foil 5 minutes before finish to let the cabbage leaf edges brown and crisp up a bit

Flipper 🐬, 1-1/4c cabbage (based on gram to ounce conversion, 10.58 oz) 🥬 2.12 oz carrot (1 med or large)🥕 2 stalks green onion, sliced down centers, then diced) 2 eggs 🥚 s & p, paprika 1 Tbsp olive oil 1/4c all purpose flour Medium heat, 🫒 oil in pan Spoon size scoops, form with 2 spatulas to shape 3-5 minutes one side, 2-3 minutes other side, keep flipping til brown IMO Drain on paper towels Dip sauce: 2 Tbsp sour cream, 1Tbsp soy sauce, 1/8 tsp hot chili sauce. Enjoy healthy breakfast 🌞

Have tried your recipes especially love the cabbage, carrot, green onion w/ flour and olive oil, paprika, then fry them. Taste great. Never thought of cabbage fried, however these recipes are delicious. I'm living alone at 73 years old and I never really had to cook for myself. Your recipes taste great even when I cook them. I live by South Bend Indiana that is where Notre Dame University is. I will try some of your other recipes. I think your format for the videos are fine. I can't think of anything to improve your presentation. Will follow and try some of the other recipes.
