I am RNY gastric bypass post-op 23 years, so I'm right there with ya. Over the weekend I got a craving for ramen but thought to myself there's no nutrition in it, so I started plotting with what I had in the cupboards and freezer After adding chicken and vegetables I got four meals out of one of those 39 cent packages of noodles. 😂. What's a little sick of them after three meals.

I think its common for us in asia to have instant noodles at home.. yet it's prepared deliciously and not so instant. We go to restaurant asking for instant noodles in soup or fried.. but of course itll take some time and not instant!

Also try to find consumer reports around the world. There are very few instant noodles can be bad for you if consume regularly.

Hi there, thanks for your multi idea on instant noodles, but one thing for sure, never put the heat on once you poured seasoning powder. It is convergence for sure. Always put seasoning after you are off from heat.

People forget that the noodles are just a base to add REAL food to..😂they hint at it on some of the packages.. ADD VEGETABLES AND MEAT. I pan fry them , you cook the noodles and then fry them in oil until slightly crunchy.. you can do anything with them..there are "prison food" videos on youtube and they get really crazy with it. 😂
