Hasbro has done it again! This time, they brought back another oldy but a goody: the Star Wars Black Series Shadow Stormtrooper helmet from the Battlefront video game! Let's talk about where you can find it, and I'll give you a quick look at mine in case you're interested in possibly grabbing one!

Thanks, Aiden! I appreciate that. And I know a lot of people are upset that they have yet to announce re-released figures, or are mad they aren't producing new helmets, but I'm with you. That is a tough choice, Arthur. If you can only ever get one, I think the classic Stormtrooper is the way to go. It's the most emblematic of the entire Star Wars franchise and everyone who sees it, fans and non-fans alike, will recognize it in your home!

I pre-ordered it so fast along with the OG Stormtrooper helmet that went up a week ago. Missed out on both at release & I’m so happy I waited and didn’t pay the aftermarket prices. Now all I need is the ESB Boba Fett to get a re-release and I’m happy!

Nice to hear, Sinister! These are a couple of the great Black Series helmets for sure. And I'm glad you stayed strong and didn't pay eBay prices for these. Keep an eye out and I'm sure you'll get lucky. I missed out on the ESB Boba Fett when it was released the first time also, and then they re-released it a few years later and I grabbed one. Thanks, Matt! I appreciate that. And yeah, I agree. So many people ask me where to get some of these Black Series helmets that have gone out of production. Until now, I always regretted to inform them that they were mostly only available on the secondary market at exorbitant prices. No more!

Its nice that they're releasing the old stock.....pity it wasnt at the okd prices! In Australia, these helmets rereleased have increased over $100 compared to when they were originally released. Someone is rolling in the $$, and its not the buyers

Yeah, that is the one downside for sure, Darth Lego. When I first starting buying these, they were between $75 and $90 USD. Now they are approaching the $150 range. And I feel so bad for you guys in Australia and New Zealand. You rarely get stuff there, and when you do it's months after us some times and always at a hugely premium price!

And yep, you're what I call a "full convert" now when it comes to helmets! They're addicting and there's no stopping you now for sure. And of those two helmets, my favorite is going to be the classic white Stormtrooper helmet for sure. When I first started collecting, I was only going to get the ONE Stormtrooper helmet. Look at me now. haha! And Hasbro Black Series has never produced a TIE Fighter Pilot helmet, but we are all holing out hope. You flatter me, sir! I appreciate it Conor. And I try to be as objective as I can when I review these helmets, and point out the good and the bad, but it's hard some times. I'm such a "helmet fanboy" I mostly just end up gushing about them. This one, however, is worth it! That shiny black finish is captivating!

How is the view and is it adjustable for the head inside the helmet?

You can see out of it to get around, but it does restrict your field of vision. To see things below you and to the sides requires that you exaggerate your head movements. And it does have a rudimentary head rig inside that can be adjusted for head size. It is also removable if you want to install custom padding inside as well.

These helmets are part of rumored rerealesed products. It included helmets what are already out and Lukes X-wing helmet plus punch of Black series figures. Nerdzoic did stream revealing/leaking all of them.

Hey, Thomas, thanks for the question! If I understand correctly, I believe you are asking if it's going to be the exact same helmet, released again, or if they are upgrading it a little. And I obviously can't be sure, but I'm betting that it is simply a re-release. They have shown no interest in upgrading the interior of this helmet, hiding the silly voice changer to improve the look of the helmet, or putting them in the newer style box. The most recent stormtrooper style helmet we got, the Artillery Stormtrooper, did come in a new-style box, and it was in two pieces instead of three, but the head rigging and the voice changer parts were the same as on all the stormtrooper style helmets in the past. I'm expecting more of the same from this re-release. Thanks for checking out the video!

The whole world of Black Series is buzzing about the news that Nerdzoic announced over a month ago that there would be re-releases, including the Prototype Boba, Stormtrooper and Shadow Trooper helmets, along with a lot of popular figures and some Power Ranger stuff.
