Hello! Atm i have the helmet comms connected to my phone, my question is once i install the W603D will i pair the phone with the unit and the helmet comms with the phone or both Bluetooth devices go to the Unit and the unit manages where to send the sound?

Can you easily detached the unit for storage. I don't want to leave the unit when I park in a non-secured location. Looks like both end connectors are ball-n-socket tightened by one screw.

No , it's not easily removable, you need to disconnect the cable/s and after unscrew the ram mount and after that you can take it out. BTW there is a security screw for RAM mount in order to make it just a bit harder to steal

can u add the TPMS stems to this unit? That's the only thing that is missing in the package. I'm looking for front/rear cameras AND TPMS. Carpuride seems to only have purchasing options that for a Screen + TPMS version, or kits like this with the Screen and cameras.

Hi, do you know if you can still use Siri via your Cardo in helmet mic? I use it all the time with my packtalk bold to change playlists etc so wouldn’t want to lose that feature!

I received the W603 (first of two, thanks for the coupon!) today and installed it right away according to the instructions. Everything seems to work fine, however, the device is powered constantly, and I am worried it will drain the battery completely. How to switch off the W603 without unplugging the power cable? I have unplugged it now, but this is not a practical solution taking weather conditions into consideration. Looking forward to hearing a wonderful solution from someone here on your channel.

Hello if you run the yellow wire to an ignition feed it will turn on and off to the key 🔑 👍. The easiest way is to use a piggy back fuse 😉

@@HelmetHead So I searched for "ignition feed" on KZbin and Google for a whole day... It turns out I am lucky; since my Monkey came with extra headlights and a USB charger (I bought her with 550 kilometers on the odo), I guessed they were connected to such an ignition feed. Then I back tracked the wiring and spliced the wires before the fuse. Connected the Carpuride wires (red and yellow stayed together) and it works now with the head lights button! I finally cut the excess wiring from the head lights, the installer left some quite long wires, and tidied it up a little as well. Everything now turns on and off with the ignition, so the Carpuride won't drain the battery overnight. There is still one gripe though, I need to remove the iPhone and reconnect it every time I start up the bike because it does not remember the connected iPhone. Maybe it has to do with those yellow and red wires together, but I don't know what I should do to avoid this. Someone any good ideas?

@@HelmetHead Agree but the unit then doesn't store the date and time recorded on videos and pictures. I've reported to Carpuride and they are sending a replacement unit. Maybe I have a lemon, does anyone else have the same problem.

How come the rear camera the writings are backwards 🤷🏻

Well if you use it just for recording you can turn off mirror the image of the rear camera on the settings, BUT BE AWARE! If you use it like rear view mirror in a car leave the reverse image ON otherwise you are up for bad surprises
