This procedure IS NOT the normal procedure to get possession of your property. The real procedure is one or more representative from the developer and sometimes one or two representatives from the main contractor will present to guide you thru thd process of possession of your property. This include tick all items including power points and light points, water closet, numbers of aircond, fan hooks, open and close all doors and windows, test all toilet flashes and shower water, sanitarywares and tally all keys to doors. Also counter check all freebies otherwise not in your SPA. As owner or rep, you can list down defects (if any) on the sport or submit on later date not after 2 years after the expiring of your warranty period. They will also take you to common area to show you facilities including where is your management office and mail box room, and your carpark lot, if its in your spa. Above is just an enactment of taking possession by an agent, not the real one. Do take note fellas.

Personally, not favourite on Agile project. But they are targeting on China’s Chinese and HKer.
i thought this project is The Core, manatau its Agile project, Agile project is not PART of TRX, its just near to TRX.

ya man, need to take MRT to TRX, the walk time to the nearest MRT station is 10mins

@@AlphaMaleMy Please don't misleading if you are not familiar with the location. Agile walk to TRX just around 5 minutes, once you reach TRX there is MRT station. Don't understand why need to take MRT to TRX
eh...by law, developer is not contractually binded to response to your appointed defect team's report as they arent part of the owners of your unit, You, as owner needs to submit this report yourself and follow up the defects. You may re-engaged them after the so called defects have been rectified and get their feedbacks,

I didnt buy trx bcos all apartments there come WITHOUT balcony. For smoker like me, its a big NO NO. beside prior to covid, the name of trx was marched with corruption case of Najib, and its 1mdb development, which is the main developer for TRX. Regret now? Not exactly. Even then, it was priced quite high. And this particular project, The Core is situated on the fringe of TRX.
another high end project Agent terang terang encourage the operation of AIRBNB business. Ownstay owners will cry now as the place will soon becoming high traffic, guests not taking care of facilities, loud music or partying in their units, and rubbish and cigarette butts throwing all over the place. The electric door entry pad is only eliminated the use of physical key, To go to your unit, you still need access card. how your airbnb guests get your access card?

If the house units have commercial titles, they are legally entitled to be used for commercial purpose such as Airbnb. So, make sure you buy a house that has residential title if you don't wish your neighbors doing Airbnb.
