You are to be commended for your kindness and for your willingness to help people in need. Wishing you much success in getting Ian the help he needs. Speaking of Ian. I wonder if Ian is tired? I hope he was evaluated by an MD before he was prescribed those antibiotics. If he were a family member, i would take him to the ER to be evaluated for sepsis. I'm an RN in the US. Thanks for your time and your update Derek & Ai " I think " and I also noticed that Ian was a bit more withdrawn than he was in the previous video , but we are all have our own personalities and traits and perhaps all of this has happened too quickly for Ian and maybe his family and they are feeling overwhelmed not just with anything in particular but the whole shebang and perhaps Ian himself may very well be an introvert rather than extrovert as for myself I consider myself as being an ambivert. I have a feeling that Ian does not hold much faith in the medical prowess there in the Philippines compared to the UK , could explain as to why he is not doing carthwheels or seeming to excited about the option of being hospitalized there , there is a saying " beggars cannot be choosers !" and I am in no way insinuating that Ian is a beggar but when push comes to shove , you have to be willing to accept anything that is offered . Wish Ian luck with his xrays and tests when they are done and hopefully the results are favorable , then his path forward will be easier to follow and pursue. cheers "smart azz " PS: Out of over 4,000 viewers only 358 could be bothered clicking the thumbs up icon , pretty sad considering they can watch the video for over 24 minutes but cant find 3 seconds to hit like.

There was a situation some five years ago that a Seychellois married to a Philipina was stuck in the Philippines due to his medical situation. The government of Seychelles flew him out of Philippines with her wife and brought him to Seychelles. This was with the help of many people from Seychelles that donated money to take them out. Arriving in Seychelles the medical treatment was undertaken free as he is a citizen of our country. He is a talented musician and he is now back on his feet again playing his songs singing in hotels like he used to do. I hope that Ian get the help he need by the grace of good he can do what he loves to do like before.
