I purchased EZDrummer 3 a few years ago and luv it. But, for more control I moved on to Superior Drummer . They have elevated my ability to create music in a limited space. Their drum grooves are all played by real drummers who are told not to quantise. To me, the drums sound amazing, and there are a wide range of kits to suit styles and preference. The control you have in Superior Drummer is outstanding. Both are easy to use, but SD takes a little while longer to comprehend. I play drums myself, so I can plug in my Ekit, and record and blend my midi with theirs. I haven't tried any other drum libraries because I haven't felt the need to. Superior Drummer has everything I want. I hope you find the library you that suits you, but if you go with EZ or SD, even without knowing all the technicalities, you can load and play along to a fine sounding drummmer within seconds. Have fun and happy playing!

I agree that SD is the one stop shop to get right now. They have a sick expansions and all, but the mixwave stuff sounds SO GOOD!! Too good not to be extremely tempted lol thank you for your comment my friend

@@Itsjorgelanzas Cool. You gotta go where you flow. I forgot to mention: any EzDrummer expansion pack will also load into SD, and they have several sweet sale options a year. Groove on!

Now, THAT IS COOL!!!! That’s is a huge plus for SD then!! And I wonder if they’re close to releasing SD4, it’s been like 7-8years already. Thank you for sharing your knowledge my friend!! 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

@@Itsjorgelanzas I haven't heard of any upgrade, but when they switched from EZD2 to EZD3, it was a phenomenal transformation. The first expansion I bought was the EZD Southern Soul pack (recorded at Muscle Shoals Studio!) , and now I'm hooked, and building my own kits too. If you need to know anything about the technical aspects of EZD or SD, check out a guy called Shootie School . He breaks things down with clarity and precision.
