It's not easy to cook a steak!!! I have to say this, Olivia. 🧑🍳 Don't make fun of the steaks. By the way, I bought a steel pan for cooking meat. It makes a big difference, but you have to use it the right way: correct temperature, oil, and duration. Have a good time and training break.

Do sprinters try to gain weight like distance runners in the off season for health etc? Or does that not apply? Sorry just very naive to the whole “sprint” world as a distance runner! Also what is your nutrition philosophy during season and off season? Would love an updated FDOE?

I tried those yucky jelly beans one time. Advice: don't swallow them. I swallowed one that was "canned dog food" flavored and I kept having dog food burps all day. Horrible.
