After delivery u should wear cap is very impt. As well as baby too its helps to regulate the body temperature and its keeps warm. The reasoning behind it is the body heat is lost mainly through one's head and that mother needs to preserve body heat to recover.

I think you should make one more back pack for hospital bag putting only your 1 pajamas,slipper , 1 mineral water, energy jelly drink . The suitcase is huge so when your labor starts or water breaks and if Alex is not near by then it will be difficult for you to carry . Later he can bring the suitcase to hospital .

Take hair oil for yourself and warm cap to keep your head warm and also warm soaks and a shawl to keep your back warm and tighten your tummy if you had a normal delivery all the very best take care n be nice and talk politely with Ales it’s jst the beginning

You need nursing pads (very important)and some also nursing bra. For baby bring all those clothes in different sizes because it’s might be too small or too big for your baby then you can change

Hat or any scarf to wrap your head becoz after birth hair fall will start so it's always said that after delivery mother need to wrap her head and keep it warm for few days after birth

Breastpump and breast pad u will need it the most and instead of baby bottle u should carry small spoon and bowl cuz he might not be able to suck it so small spoon and bowl is best as for 2 days ur milk will not come if it's c section than u can give powder milk and for that u will need spoon and bowl to feed him and also scarf to cover ur ear as my ama said this day will be more crucial so air should not go to our body and wear socks u have to keep ur body warm during this time and have a safe delivery tkcr
