That Pumpkin is a really neat little cast iron Halloween item, that needs some love haha. I love old holiday ornaments.

I'd have that big green metal public bench near the start 0:29 Very sturdy, and modern looking - could be made into a stylish garden piece, especially with some slim cushion seats with magnets in the hem - so that they stay put under your bum, but can be removed for easy storage out of the weather.

Thanks for sharing! Does it swing? I need to go back and look. If so, it might be coming home with me sooner than later. 🍻
@paulosborne65172 жыл бұрын
@@Restorology I guess you could make an a-frame underneath the wrap-over arms, with nice bearings and a lock, to allow swinging of sorts.

It looked like a glider. I'm in the South, and everybody's mamaw had one like this on the front porch. Highly desirable now - snap it up if you can still get it! I'm all for the glider and second to that, the little girl statuary. She's really sweet and I could definitely see her in my flower garden ❤

Weird, I was excited and confused as if I was going to restore it myself 😊 I personally prefer seeder 😊
@Restorology2 жыл бұрын
Thanks for the vote! I am not 100% sure that it is a seeder, I should have looked at it closer when I was there. So far the bicycle is winning but I think that there will be several things coming home with me. I had an idea while walking around - what if I purchase all of those handsaws and then offer them to YT restoration channels who want to participate in a friendly competition to see the different ways we can repair and restore them?

@@Restorology Yes, it could be an interesting project. It's like a community movement of restorers. There were restorers who produced projects jointly with each other before. But not this size. But of course, there may be a logistical problem in this project. It's probably more possible to do this with restorers in America. For example, I am in Turkey 😁

The Schwinn bike is a must IMO... And I think the box looking thing towards the first part of the walk around reminds me of an old drive in movie speaker box.. I could be wrong... Love the videos! I learn so much about restoring!
@Restorology2 жыл бұрын
The bike seems to be the leading contender! Another commenter mentioned that the drive-in movie speaker box is actually a motor for a rotisserie on a grill. I also thought it looked like a speaker box of some type. We are all learning here! Thanks for voting on your favorite and see you in the next one. Cheers!
