Get a Red tail catfish next! I'm glad you want with some south American cichlids there some really nice fish to keep. Also you want to add some Premier Bio Ceramic Rings it will help keep a good bacteria growth & keep your tank clean.

Kit is a good name for catfish. Since it’s the season of Pisces 🐠, that’s a cool name for one of the fish.

I love how your tank came out. Very beautiful colors especially the blue guy. I love Oscars as my husband has two in our tank. The Oscar can be named Tigger, the parrot fish Quaker and Amazon, blue guy - Blue Moon, the pleco - Harry. The catfish - Spotty. Silly names I know! 🤣 Can't wait to hear what you guys come up with for fish names.

I had chiclids (Oscar) before and they are straight up beasts. Eat ANYTHING. I fed him live things, popcorn, hot dogs etc

Well fish one is a garbage belly, who will eat every bit of food it can, but will never get much bigger regardless, so I’d suggest ‘Shaggy’ as the perfect name 😁

All my favorite fish. I had an Oscar. I actually caught it fishing in a lake. I didn't know what it was. It was a miracle he survived. Someone had dumped him and it was cold. I went out and bought a 55 gallon set up and had him for like 3 years,he was already pretty old and big. His name was Houdini. I loved that fish💓
