Coming Home came out at the end of 2019. The bell at the end with Jaehyun was a bit of a teaser for NeoZone. NeoZone came out March of 2020 and the first song off the album was Elevator which starts with the elevator bell.

Coming Home is that song that is just perfection. I stumbled upon it when I first got into NCT during the summer and my mind was blown because I had no idea NCT had vocals like this. I’ve listened to this everyday for the last 2 months and feels even better with snowy weather.

When I said that I was so so proud of Jungwoo when December 24 came out, I mean it. He's my bias back then and I can't really stop myself loving him more after that. He's so so good. PS. Coming Home and December 24 remains as my favorite Christmas song of NCT up to date.

It was cool hearing all 3 songs back to back. What terrific performances! Jungwoo is my baby, and he keeps getting better and better; his upper register is a thing of beauty. Taeil, Haechan, and Rejun are wonderful singers, and I think I started paying more attention to Chenle after this song. Jaehyun is a treasure, and Doyoung? What can I say? There’s only one singer who appears in all 3 videos, and it helps demonstrate how valuable he is.

Caitlin thank you for this reaction! i cant believe i forgot about the December 24 cover ahhhhhh i loved it so much i couldnt stop replaying it over and over back then. the heavenly vocals of Doyoung, Jungwoo, Renjun & Chenle are such a perfect combination for that song. i honestly wished that cover was at least 10 mins long because i just couldnt get enough of their heavenly vocals. Also the 3 of them sang their lines brilliantly but something about Chenle's voice made me love his part even more??? gosh i'm obsessed with them

4 seasons (coming home unit) did a commentary? like video for coming home and they talked about how they had to do and sing it quite differently from how they’re used to or normally do and one reason is bc they recorded and got voice directing from Yoo Youngjin himself for this… and one thing I can tell you abt YYJ is he never shys away from being extra with the vocals and the soul lol (one great example would be Super Junior’s Sorry Sorry Answer) and i know it’s a ballad but i just can’t watch coming home mv without laughing on the train scenes 😂 i hope you get to see the behinds for that whether as a reaction or just by yourself also FAV part on the december 24 song is chenle’s runs i can’t say enough how much i play that song just to get to his part and BARITONE JAEHYUN 🤌 Thank you sooo much for the reactions as always Caitlin! Caitlin, first of all, THANK YOU FOR GIFTING US WITH YOUR REACTION TO THESE SONGS! ❤ Coming Home was the first song that got me into knowing/realising that NCT had vocals (and then I explored their b-sides, and I was gone). So happy that you got to listen to it and share your reaction to it with us. And I agree, it kinda reminds you of From Home (or for me, From Home is like an upgrade of Coming Home since there’s more vocalist members in From Home). Both are among my top favs. And since you got to listen to the cover of Dear Santa, would be nice if you could check-out the original version (or English Version which is equally good) by Girls’ Generation - Taetiseo subunit. They’re the vocal queens and hearing the full song is another experience at it’s own level. So I was really excited that DY, JH and JW chose to cover that song (and did them so well too!) ❤ I know Christmas is kinda over so if not this time, maybe next year? 😅 Cheers, Caitlin!
