Helped This Precious Mother Remove Her FILTHY Rubbish And Also Gave Her Lawn A FREE Mow | Part 1

This mother was in desperate need of help with her neglected yard and no one knew about it. I believe there a so many people out there in the world that are on the same boat as her.
As I was going between my regular clients I saw this property and checked it out and at first I DID NOT want to do it but something within prompted me to go and knock.
I knew for fact that was GOD so I knocked and asked if I can help her clean up her yard, with excitement she said YES. She then told me that her and her husband separated a few months earlier and really need help putting the rubbish in the front and also needed the front yard mowed and the backyard cleaned up which will be part 2 of this video. The cars in the front belong to her ex-husband which she is still waiting for him to pick them up.

I was thinking the same, but either she might not be able to afford the tow service for 2 cars, or if they're separated but not divorced, there might have more legal issues involved that he might still has the right to park his cars there 🤷🏻‍♀️ 😮‍💨

Great job. The challenge comes when the occupants start taking things back onto the property after they see them sitting by the curbside & decide they must have it back. In the past, I have done many cleanups/cleanouts & I had to do it again because I failed to realize the old saying, "out of sight, out of mind"! That's the downside of doing it for a paycheck! I hope the owners, tenants & neighbors appreciate all of your good work. Cleanliness really can change a neighborhood.

Would be a shame, they're decent looking cars, might also be possible to speak to the cops about 'abandoned vehices' in this situation. Apparently you can take legal possession if a vehicle has been abandoned on your property long enough if you go through the hoops

If she has to wait for him to pick up his cars as long as she has waited for him to clean up the yard they will become a permanent fixture. In my area there are companies that will pick them up for free and pay you at least the salvage amount. Junk yards are always looking for cars. From Minnesota USA
