as a fellow GOF that discovered the rope or magic pulley! as i call it in 1st lockdown i have improved it by really activating my left glute,lower back immediately at start whilst pressing my right side into the ground to go up, with the added benefit of deactivating, almost resisting with my arms now consistently playing to 5hcp at 65yo and still deluding myself i can go lower.ive hit so many great shots in the last week! thanks for all the great videos

At 4:09 you show impact position with your shoulders wide open, is that correct? I've watched a few videos with them saying open hips at impact but shoulders square to the target line at impact. sorry but I'm confused, can you pls clarify? Tks. By the way, I just started watching your channel and love it, you have a God given talent to teach!

Your shoulders should be slightly open at impact, the tour average is 18 degrees.
