Now this reno is going to be a sweet series! Seeing the SunJoe pull out all of the dry thatch and blowing dust everywhere reminds me of the first time I dethached my lawn. It was a mess but the process...oh weeeee! It works! 🔥🔥🔥

I like watching your work. I'm probably going to over-seed at the end of August. I'm always looking for reassurance that I'm doing it right. I take all the thatch my SunJoe pulls out, kitchen scraps, lawn clippings, and leaves and then compost them. I then use the dirt from that when I top dress for over seeding. It really comes out to be a nice quality soil.

Check the sprinkler heads ... that one in the front might only be a 90 degree head which is why its shooting only a quarter. Or it could be clogged.. they also make sprinkler heads that you can manually adjust the width of spray for water coverage. All you have to do is make sure you pick the correct feet you want the water to shoot they come in 5ft 10 ft 15 ft etc usually for sprinker heads and you csn just replace the top usually... just check to see if the sprinkler take a male or female insert to ensure that you buy the correct thread ( or take off the head and t!ke it to the big box store as long as all thier heads are the same brand lol) sounds harder than it is but simple once you do it... all the best to you, brah!

@@YardBrah Hey Brah i was in lawn irrg for like 21 years ok and from what i saw on the video this could be a few things ok, one being the nozzle is clogged or it is the wrong one for where that head is ok, now normally what i would have done was check the nozzle and if i cannot replace the nozzle, i would just replace the head and nozzle to a newer one ok, the top of the line head is a 4 inch rain bird pop up ok, it maybe only a quarter nozzle and needs to be a half 15 foot nozzle ok, hope this helps :0

Bro I absolutely love your videos!! Wny chance you could go over how much ml or grams are used per 1000sq feet for all the products you use. I have a few friends who also follow the channel and we wouldnlove an in depth video on the measure used for all of them. I currently use humic, kelp, iron, fert but looking into buying the titan package you use as well! Much love brother

Can you explain why you sprayed tzone? To kill all weeds before seeding? And also why tzone and not tenacity?

Normally if a lawn is not full of weeds I will just tenacity and overseed same day… but there were some giant broadleaf weeds that needed to be handled first… you can overseed 3 weeks after t-zone app. Tenacity I will apply during overseeing which I always have in the beginning which will take care of the grassy weeds and also keep other weeds at bay while the seeds germinate, used t-zone this year and loved the results so why not add that to the new process😊🙏🏾🤙🏾👊🏾
