Feel better soon, Amanda!! I had a tooth out a while ago after it broke, they had to cut into the jaw to get it all out. It wasn’t so painful for the first couple of days, but then it really kicked in bone shards and all! Don’t worry I don’t think it happens with wisdom teeth unless they break. That first drink of water is always amusing when it just falls straight back out! 😂 Glad that you got to go to sleep for the procedure, I think it’s more worrying when you have to be awake for it. Looks like Stephen and the kids are doing an amazing job of looking after you and keeping you company! And a chocolate peanut butter shake sounds so good! Wishing you a speedy recovery! Get well soon Amanda! 😘 Here in Romania they just do local anesteshia and remove them. I had 2 of them removed in the same session and after the numbness you just feel good again and can eat whatever you want because you won't feel any pain or swallow. I think it is a thing to consider it for the US, for the confort of the pacients.
