I love roti canai, one of my favorite comfort foods in Malaysia. Simple ingredients but difficult to make right, crispy on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside, light and multi-layered. I used to eat them often when I lived in Penang with a side of chicken and kambing curry and dhal. Now that I'm back in the States, it's hard to find a decent roti canai from a Malaysian restaurant in the US, and one roti canai will cost USD 4.95. Sad. I enjoy watching yr vdos.
