Thanks for reaching out and commenting. Selling a mobile home via consignment is a technique that I teach that is somewhat similar to wholesaling. However instead of the buyer knowing how much you are getting paid, typically the seller knows how much you will be getting paid. It is a bit similar to wholesaling since the investor will not have any money into the deal and the seller will be receiving the funds directly from the buyer that will be purchasing the mobile home. This is definitely a short answer however I hope it helps and makes sense. Any follow-up questions never hesitate to reach out any time.

Thanks for reaching out and connecting. I do invest in a handful of states, Florida being one of them. However most of my deals are not in Pinellas County, but rather Hillsborough, Pasco, and Polk. With that said there are a tremendous amount of mobile homes and parks in Pinellas County and there are folks I work with investing predominantly in this Pinellas county.
