How to Assemble, Replace, Wire & Adjust an Air Compressor Pressure Switch. You will walk through the whole process of how I discover where an air leak is coming from. After that I take the pressure control switch apart, repair it and then replace it back on the air compressor. Then wire both the power line and motor to the air compressor pressure control switch and make sure it is properly adjusted to come on at 85 psi and shut off at 115 psi (pounds per square inch) of pressure.

How glad I am somebody old-school fixer like me decided to make this video! I took my shutoff apart and aghast as parts flew everywhere! I couldn't figure out where the trip spring went!! And had no idea how hard it is to re-assemble! Thanks a million as they say!

Loved your video. My only suggestion would be to back off the adjustment screw 5 turns before taking apart at the beginning. It just might prevent the explosion of parts at the beginning.
