For sure one of the best tutorials on "Helpless" available on YT. Because, Justin is showing so many different ways in different keys to play it and how to spice the song up.

I have been playing a lot of Neil Young for years and years. But at my age now ,I can't keep singing as high as Neil does. Especially this song. Very frustrating, but when I seen this post "BOOM" it blew my mind. Now I can find my key! You've shown me the way to keep on playing those songs that Iove and sing them in a way that sounds correct. Thank you Justin, you have always been a great teacher for me.

quality! Neil Young is the seminal figure of country-rock for the last 30 years or more, and being named the father of grunge, I don't think he gives a damn about any of that - but his music is honest and kind, great stuff. - old laughing lady is one of my all time fav's

Great vocal harmony. I'm going to try to follow the hammer-ons, etc., that Justin adds. Those bring so much to the simple D-A-G progression (C-G-F in the _Last Waltz_ version) of the song.

I like to play Neil Young, Crosby Stills and Nash stuff. What I tend to do is Chuck in sus2, sus4 to create a variable, emotional feel. I think that is how Neil actually sings it also. He does sing in a way that sounds higher than the key but I don't see it as a forceto but a modified 3rd feel. He does the same in Heart of Gold, Teach the Children Well. Cheers George Taylor.

I can't clearly see the logo, but I believe that's a Maton. Justin has mentioned that brand a lot on his website. Have a look here, and see if the logo on the company's site looks like what's on the headstock of Justin's guitar. (Your eyesight is probably better than mine.) maton.com.au

You made years ago a lesson on Like a Rolling Stone and then you had to retire it for copyright reasons (thanks Bob for that!).
