@@meetkalathiya7221 actually if we see it from exam perspective, we never need it in so much detail ever... But the fact is, once we understand it this properly, we would never forget. So if we have time, it's better to see in detail. Otherwise, for exams, studying only commons would also suffice!

I was diagnosed with myelofibrosis years ago, still surviving, blood transfusion once a month. I learned from Yoga Institute that drinking warm water with honey and lemon in the morning helps overcome anemia. I have been eating meat too thinking it could help in the formation of RBC. However, as I saw in the presentation, WBC, RBC and platelets are all produced in the myeloid. I was diagnosed to have iron overload but cannot be given medicine since I have chronic kidney disorder, too. Watching this video, made me think that what I should do is take Vitamin B12. I am not sure my conclusion is correct. I wish to thank you very much. I will discuss this with my hematologist.

It is really helpful! Thank you so much! Could please make me clear here: When Iron enter in the duodenal cell it is in Ferric (+++) state and when binds with Apoferritin it is in Ferrous (++) state. That's mean all of Iron in the duodenal cell are either in Ferric (+++) state or in Ferrous (++) state when they bind with apoferritin. But when the Iron going out of the duodenal cell towards the bloodstream with the help of Ferroportin it seems Ferrous (++) state. This Ferrous (++) iron from where came? because I didn't see any free Ferrous (++) state in the duodenal cell!
@adonm69983 жыл бұрын
He said there is an enzyme that converts it from F3+ to F2+ in order to enter or exit the cell. F3+ would otherwise cause oxadative damage inside the cell

Here because I have Pernicious Anaemia and Genetic Haemochromatosis... Great combo! 😉 Though, I'm mainly iron deficient without anaemia. I followed all this without a medical background but have keen interest in my health and getting well. Thanks for making it easy enough for someone like me to understand.
