I'm just at the point where I'm gonna pretend that the last 5 years never happened, and neither did any of the people in it. There's nothing in the 2020's worth salvaging. Ryan was never a predator, Roosterteeth didn't get taken over by greedy woke cucks, they didn't throw their employees under the bus to save their own asses, and tolerance for political sides was still a thing. If I think this way long enough, I may actually regain my hope for the future.

Its all about repetitiveness. Ray enjoys playing video games but once he is done with them he wants to move on to new ones. In Achievement Hunter he was forced to play Minecraft which he hated over and over again. Now he has the ability to change games and he often takes his viewers opinion but he will play through the game and then say it sucked and made fun of it before moving on and leaving it in the past. Having to play Minecraft for 3-4 years really tore into him.

The point that Ryan was trying to make was that no matter who you are or how many times you flip the coin, there will always be a 50/50 chance either way. @Jarrett D Except he didn't. He made it very clear what he thought and he was right. He always referred to it as 3 heads and made it very clear he understood there are 8 outcomes. It was everyone else misunderstanding Gavin and Gavin not being able to explain himself properly that caused the problem. What Ryan was essentially saying is "given 2 heads have already been flipped, the odds of a third is 50%", but that was not what Gavin was saying at all. What Ryan is saying is true but it is not addressing the point at all.

Yeah but each time you flip a coin it’s still 50/50. Gav was saying basically because the first was heads it was now less likely to get heads again, when that’s not the case. Because any outcome of 3 coin flips is 12.5%, not just 3 heads/tails. Every outcome has the exact same probability, whereas gavin thought that one outcome affects the others which it doesn’t. So Gavin’s over argument is actually very wrong, because he was arguing the rarity of the 3rd flip, not the whole set of flips.

The thing is, that there is actually a scientific explanation for gavin's thinking about the coins. It's called the gamblers fallacy, and it basically says that a person is convinced that the previous results have an effect on future results
