It’s annoying that new Kpop stans think KZbin views is how you measure success. Shinee is one of the most successful Kpop groups of ALL TIME. They are considered legends of the industry on Korea. But th pet dint have a huge global fan base because social wasn’t around when they first debut all those years ago

I’m new to Kpop and looked at debut MVs from different groups. Yeah the numbers were few all around. I’m a current stan who doesn’t think the groups are less good than current groups who have more views. I learned about SHINee being great from their fans saying how wonderful they are - in the comments section on youtube.

@@Sunset553 yeah if you look at 2nd gen MV their views is not that much compare with 3rd gen. Even the legendary song like Into The New World, Gee, Genie, IGAB, Sorry-Sorry, Ringdingdong, Reply etc. Because KZbin views become really important because SNSD won KZbin Award in 2013. And streaming become a trend around 2014-2015.

SHINee a true kpop living legends. So many thing about this song that feels new but very SHINee-esque. Its refreshing if anything. As a Shawol, I genuinely loves watching Koreans reaction of SHINee, because you guys usually would understand better the history and influence SHINee has in kpop industry. And having people from different background esp by those with expertise in music like you guys makes it even better, to know of your opinion and other perspectives. You described the song exactly as I would. It sounds new like today's music, but not at the same time. Because SHINee's vocals and harmonies, and that freaking amazing musicality in the bridge make it sound so SHINee.

Watching your reaction I've got a glimpse of SK's public opinion on SHINee and now I understand why Onew, Jonghyun, Key Minho, Taemin love and treasure SHINee so much. They might not have KZbin popularity, music chart rankings, or global aclaims as explosive as other groups but seems like SHINee is known by the public for their hard work, integrity and skills.

I recommended watching DCM live stage. Instead of dance break, SHINee give us solo piano performance (played by Taemin).. They really are on another level..

I love your reaction to this video, this is one of my favorite ones. Their dance moves I think are killer. It's hard to believe that they have been around for 14 years. They keep getting better and are as good( they are my favorite) as any of the younger groups.

It was only like 3 months from the time Minho got discharge from the Marines and he’s back to performing. When you look at them you wouldn’t think they stopped for almost 3 years for their Military Duties. Taemin did a good job carrying SHINee’s name while the hyungs were in the military.

He's always been an amazing dancer. He got in to SM with dance audition 1:800 if i'm wrong. If u have been to their concert you'll never be able to move your eyes on him.
