Hemifacial spasms: This is what causes it!! Most common cause of Hemifacial spasm.

The most common cause of hemifacial spasms is neurovascular conflict. In other words, hemifacial spasms are caused by compression of the facial nerve by one or more blood vessels.
Eye twitching, eye blinking repeatedly, cheek twitching or being pulled to one side could all be symptoms and signs of hemifacial spasms.
The typical history is that it starts with eye flickering involuntarily.
