Your skills never fail to amaze me, Chris. You have a gift. Another fantastic body. :) I couldn't agree with you more on the whole PayPal subject. What we do is a hobby and there should be no charge at the door just because you're sharing it with the world. Some people just need to learn to live within their means and if you do have money to spare, then give it to those in need, not a KZbin channel. All the best to you and your family for 2014, my friend. :)

Exactly buddy. Vasco, thanks for being an amazing friend, I hope to ever make it to Australia so we can both dress up as Crocodile Dundees, wrestle a few kangaroos and have a drink afterwards where I call everybody "mate". Would be awesome. And I want to meet Kate from "Flying Doctors". She must be properly old right now. lol

What's up man? You don't know me and I'm not sure I've ever replied, but you are awesome!!! I've been watching your videos for a while. Sorry to hear about your loss. At least something positive came from it. You quit smoking!! Good for you. I saw the video you posted about creating a PayPal and that was the realest shit I've ever heard on KZbin. Hope you get well soon. You gained a subscriber today. I don't usually subscribe to people. I've been dealing with the loss of my mom and all I owned. You are truly an artist man. Can't commend you enough for the sickest paint jobs I've ever seen on an r/c. I however, am not an artist, but I try. I've painted a half a dozen bodies, but am always disappointed. I'm very meticulous and I have a good eye. My paint jobs don't measure up to my high standard.

HemiStorm RC - Custom RC builds, painting videos and more Indeed it is. Maybe we get some ice soon in the harbor and can drive with stud-tires. Btw, Just placed a massive order on paint a couple of minutes ago, but I couldn't find the PS55. Any idea where I can buy one?
@hemistormrc11 жыл бұрын
Nikel87 That is a good question, I import most of the time since Scandinavia had no real Tamiya distributor. Could be Smallsize AS has some, and if not you can try Modellers in Sem. Stud tires? Got them! We need to hang out!
@Nikel8711 жыл бұрын
HemiStorm RC - Custom RC builds, painting videos and more Yeah, I guess I have to buy it from Ebay if I cant find it nearby. A couple of years ago there was an awsome Toy Store in Göteborg that had everything you could possibly want, but sadly the owner retired and sold the store and it turned around to be an everyday Barbiestore you can find everywhere. Yeah, I think we do. I got some Ideas for your Dragster you might like. Send me a PM if you like.

Hi SPS, I used the PS-49 Anodized Blue Aluminium, the PS-30 Brilliant Blue and the PS-3 Light Blue in the emblem on the roof and the one on the hood. I hope this is of help!
@Ratpack3010 жыл бұрын
it looks really simple but there's work in this to get it good, much better then i could hope to get it.. Mostly just paint in one color or "mix" them. Tried to get it somewhat nice but failed horribly on the masking =/ But i guess i'll become better with some training :) Any suggestions to use masking as letters? I could cut the masking with a hobbyknife but always when i do that there tends to be tears in the masking as i don't own a supersharp knife
@hemistormrc10 жыл бұрын
Ratpack30 The best tip I can give you is to buy a good exacto blade with plenty of spare blades. It is all about patience, and getting more precise as you paint more cars. Lettering is a good way to train your hand. I hope this is of assistance.
@Ratpack3010 жыл бұрын
HemiStorm RC - Custom RC builds, painting videos and more More or less, just ordered a surgical knife with lots of spare blades, will see how the difference is between that and a ordenary hobbyknife.
@mikealls893810 жыл бұрын
HI great vids , ok , so I get that you mask up the shell so you don't colour the parts covered with tape, then you spray the whole shell and remove the tape . But how do you spray the masked bits without spraying the rest of the body shell? Sorry for sounding stupid !
@hemistormrc10 жыл бұрын
chris wallis Hi Chris, not stupid at all! Since you spray from the inside there is no worry about overspraying the already painted part, as that is already covering up the transparant lexan. I hope that makes any sense, if it doesn't see if some of my other vids clarify it.
@mikealls893810 жыл бұрын
Thanks mate , yeah after watching a few more vids I get it now ! One question, if I spray a light colour like fluro yellow, can I back it in black? Or should I use something like silver instead ?
@hemistormrc10 жыл бұрын
chris wallis Use a silver or a white to really make them pop. Backing it with a black will turn it into a non fluo colour. Good luck! :)
