I prefer mee katang with gravy. One of my favorite Cantonese-Khmer dishes. And I prefer it over stir fry chow fun/hor fun at Chinese restaurants. The taste is different. Plus the Khmer version includes a lot of vegetables where as the original Cantonese version doesn’t.
