For the Smoke Rocket: Smoke cloud acts the same as puffshroom smoke. Enemies can't tell where Link is when they are in smoke, and cannot aim if they have projectile weapons. Additionally, while in smoke, enemies are *always* susceptible to sneak attacks.

Dude the scaffolds are amazing. The cheaper one is the exact height for ascend and the more expensive one is perfect for climbing things, especially in rain

Part of the idea with the scaffolding is to use Ascend to get up quickly. The rainmaker combines well with electric damage for big area of effect. Adding a stabilizer may help some builds.

Also nice to have wet bonus on deck for doubling damage while using Zora weapons. People say hydrants are useless, but ice gleeok lightscale trident +wet is nutty. You can do a molduga jaw for bone proficiency and raw damage, but just as a carry around weapon... with a frost gleeok horn it swaps between freezing and doing triple damage as fast as it can hit, which is the fastest of all weapon classes

The cheaper scaffold can be used nicely with ascend, then jump to get bullet time, this is great in some boss fights in arenas where you often don't have other alternatives to get bullet time.

The cheaper scaffold is at roughly max ascend height, meaning it's a very quick way to get to a higher platform. Just one of the many Revali's Gale replacements.

I personally never use wagons, but for any players that love dragging wagons around with their horse, it's perfect!

The Hot Air Balloon doesn't even need the Flame Emitter. You can use any flame, from a Torch to a lit wood bundle, and the bowl-shape prevents items from falling out. I usually use the lit wood bundles, as all it will cost you then is a single flint or other firestarter, or a single swing from a fire weapon. You can even recollect the wood at max height, given that it seems to burn forever and doesn't settle into a campfire.

Generally I don't recommend this. The flame emitter makes the balloon go faster. The balloon runs out quicker than most people's batteries.

@@shiftfire4511 Even so, time is also a resource. The faster you go, the more items you can collect. Spending the flame emitter cuts on a lot of time and frustration. I rarely bother putting one on a shield or sword because it's much more effective for height.

Go out to the ocean, if you see a large flock of seagulls circling over the water you will find a school of porgy fish. The excavator is not for combat, but for mining. the spinning spikes on the front will break ore nodes and the large clusters you can find the the depths.

No, you don't understand the Instant Scaffolds, they are amazing (at least the vertical one). You can use Ascend to almost instantly get to high places and it's also very useful to shoot stuff mid-air (saved me in a couple Gleeok fights)

Rocket shields get the job done better though. Also more efficient in early game since dupe glitches aren't really a thing anymore so you actually have to farm zonaite whereas rockets can be found in multiple shrines.

The lights are annoying when added to devices. They are rarely needed - such as a lit root or daytime - but just cost extra zonaite. You can add brightbloom if needed; or even your own light.

Fun fact, the lights are actually needed on the Monocycle; they basically work as kickstands. If you manually make a Monocycle without the lights, it tips right over.

​@@Henke_YTThe 3 extra zonaite makes up 25% of the price for the hovercraft. Same reason I keep both a hoverbike with and without railing in my favorites. While the railing build with better handling outclasses the simple build, having to spend 3 additional zonaite every time adds up quickly as with only 12 zonaite you could get 4 hoverbikes instead of 3 without that one extra part.

The scaffolding: I think you're gonna want to rank it higher. Dude. Ascend. Actually it's a general strat to completely dominate Gleeok. It...could be an S tier. A at least. And I'm talking about the first one. That 2nd one is weird. I'll go more specific. Every major canyon that has a construct that gives you a schema, will also "provide the materials" to build it. Do it. It's always part of a puzzle to a chest for 20 charges - and teaches you about them. The scaffolding puzzle teaches you that it's designed to cover the distance to ascend high up - when you couldn't reach that far without a middle step. You could even ultrahand grab and lift the scaffolding, place it down, ascend up, then recall the scaffolding underneath to it's higher lifted position to cover extra distance. So, those are the uses. That and bullet time abuse.

a lot were simply made as a way to teach the player that they can do X or combine things to do Y, but not to be efficient/ effective uses of those things. I had already built crazy 4x4 buggies with spring suspensions and other stuff, but there were some combos and uses like the hydrant plus shock emitter homing cart that I just didnt think of till I got the schematic.

5:14 I believe the purpose is that when you are making a build, sometimes you need the build in the air, and just using recall is hard. Scaffolding in real life is meant for building stuff, like buildings.

There should've been a water-based boss that spawns in places like the akkala sea, faron sea, and necluda sea. It would be like a giant crocodile or something, and the arenas would be small islands, and you have to shoot both of the eyes before it becomes stunned and can be hit, or if it's hit by frost emitters, it would be stunned but for shorter.

Wow, I only got a few Schematics, and they all sucked. Sad I missed out on some of these cool ones. Thanks for listing them all! 0:33 - Korok Fronds work as Korok Leaves from BOTW. Save on fans. 1:33 - Smoke blinds enemies, and is OP. But you should throw them or fire them on arrows. 2:35 - Attach it to a horse. But you should not be using horses in TOTK, so F-tier. 4:20 - A burning torch or firewood will save on Zonite and make for a more controlled lift. This is more economical than the Dirigible. B-tier. 5:18 - It's to be used with Ascend. 11:04 - Just use an ice fruit or frost emitter. You an even use ice to make more ice. F-Tier. 11:23 - We have Brightblooms. Use them. F-tier. 11:50 - This is x3.5 more expensive than the Hot Air Balloon but not much better, C-tier at most. 12:20 - Half this Monocycle's cost is wasted on 2 lamps. Just use Brightblooms and save Zonite. 13:30 - This seems very counterproductive and more likely to put Link in harm's way. 14:20 - Just throw Muddlebuds and Dazzlefruits from the inventory. This is wasteful. F-tier. 14:36 - Carry a hydrant over your head. Or use splash fruits -- which you no doubt have a surplus of. It saves you 15 Zonite. F-tier. 16:30 - The Hot Air Balloon back in D-tier is 3 Zonite cheaper and gets you a lot higher than 80. This is C-tier at most, but I respect it.

I haven't tested it out, but i couldn't detach the wagon wheels of the wagons in the overworld. And in autobuild every single wheel adds +3 zonaite to the cost with the chassis itself only costing 3 zonaite. So maybe the schematic could be used to construct a wagon using the spare wheels and then replacing them with your Zonai wheels, effectively giving you a nice chassis for your ride

@@solidzack You can detach the wheels (and pay less zonaite) if you autobuild near the construction sites in the overworld. I think there's a set of wheels in all of them. The game gets fussy about detaching only if you use the zonaite replicas.

The bolt boat has an interesting trait to it: It can travel on both water and land as well due to the sled on the bottom. Makes it useful in seashore areas like around Lurelin village. Although you might be better off building ot yourself and getting rid of the unnecessary parts

For any of the rocket and hoverstone builds you position them so that they will overshoot the target and then use recall to get them into position, makes them a lot more useable

The Bolt Boat is pretty good for farming fish, thanks to the electricity insta-killing all nearby fish. Also, you can drive right up to the dead fishes and pick them up which is helpful. (I might be a little biased, cuz I love running into octoroks with the bolt boat)

Instant scaffold is pretty great(the T shaped one). You just ascend and jump from it going into bullet time. Repeat this multiple times to easily kill many bosses like gleoks

Simo Hayha, also known as the white death, is the deadliest sniper in human history fighting for Finland in the winter war during WW2. The winter war was fought between the Soviet Union and Finland. It would span 1939 (shortly after the fall of Poland)-1940. (Shortly before Norway fell). Though Finland lost the war overall, they won in the numbers having far fewer tanks and soldiers lost due to the war. In the middle of the winter war Simo Hayha would get shot in the face and have to have surgery to stay alive. Due to this, he was unable to fight for the remaining months of the war. Simo Hayha had over 500 confirmed kills and died in 2002.

The schematic is located in a Yiga camp at (0621,3698,-0539). The closest entry to the Depths is the Drenan Highlands Chasm to the west of the Thyphlo Ruins, and the camp itself is a little to the northeast of the Katenim Lightroot.

@@marcelo55869 use two pine cones and it gives you over 150 meters horizontally. Two springs are barely 90 meters horizontally, and 4 is around 110 cause it gets diminishing returns.

​@@marcelo55869If you need that much extra height, sure. But the amount of springs it uses is often excessive. The pinecone in a fire is basically just Revali's Gale with extra steps and doesn't require Zonaite to set up, so in some ways I would agree it's more viable than the Super Spring.

Lemme blow your mind: You can jump around double the height with half the material. Extend a spring and attach a rocket to the side. Now simply climb on the extended spring and hit it to make it retract and to start the rocket. When the rocket is about to disappear hit the spring again to extend and launch you even higher

Triple Cannon is S tier for me. That thing saves so much time and weapon slots. That thing cleans up so many areas that have breakable rocks and these not disappear after a few usage.

Automated Ally is pretty rad. It only takes a moment to build, and you then can add extras if you want. Also, I don’t know why, but monsters can’t seem to stop Zonai devices (besides the ones that can despawn them).

The wagon is great when pulled by a horse wearing the towing harness. Also, I think 80% of this build's cost is due the wheels. If you select the Yiga Schematic near those building material stations across the map, Autobuild will grab those wagon wheels instead of recreating them out of Zonaite, thus reducing the cost to only 3 Zonaite.

The part I don't like about the Fishing Trawler is that with so much of it being underwater, it's very lacking in mobility due to the drag. I tried using it for collecting Voltfin Trouts and it works in combination with the Sensor to find them. It basically kills every fish as soon as they spawn but they can also spawn to the sides of you and that forces you to turn or stop to go grab them. I ended up removing half of the parts to make it go faster because I didn't want to spend all day in that lake. TL;DR: Decent build but slow and bad at turning for what it's intended for.

To use the fishing trawler go to lurelin sea and look for a bunch of birds flying aroud in a pile above the water this means there is a school of fish directly below that you can use the machine on

I personally use shock emitters for fishing, so the bolt boat could be useful, but honestly it electrocutes you so it’s not really that great. The concept is good tho: with a collection system, you can make a fish farmer. I did so. Remember to look for the seagulls circling over spots, you’ll find about 30 fish there

The hot air balloon doesn’t require a flame emitter. You can use a campfire, a torch, or a big campfire if you want more lift with no battery.

Not to be critical but you need to make better use of the ascend ability.. like the scaffold.. which is simply a raised platform commonly used for working on tall objects... ascend to the top to get out of harms way fast and efficiently. Chasm... ch makes the k sound.. I do like this video and agree with most of what u said.. just a couple pet peeves I noticed . Otherwise nice work great video 🙂

I think the hovercraft was more designed to be used on sand and snow. So on grass it’s b tier, but if you’re in the desert or snowy mountains I’d say it’s S tier, especially since sand and snow hinder movement speed

I would honestly say the Bomb Bouquet and Scatter Trap also belong in S tier. Both of them are very cheap in terms of Zonaite, and let you have reliable access to two of the most useful (but rare) combat items in the game; bomb flowers and muddlebuds. Bonus points for bombs being just generally useful in exploration. The only real downsides are that you lose access to arrow fuses with them, and you as the player can overall make more cost effective autobuilds using only 2 of each resource (though that also applies to most Schematics, and is rather unfair to dock points on).

Bomb flowers aren't very rare. Use the sensor+ in the depths and you can farm tons.

Way too costly. You can get a single Cannon for 3 zonaite which fires indefinitely compared to a single explosion for 12 zonaite that does only medium damage once

@@solidzack You can use the bomb bouquet to speed harvest the bomb trees in the depths. It will automatically pull them to where it's forming. You can then hit b and they will just fall where they are. Just.... make sure the bouquet is close to the ground.

Dazzle fruit also one-shot Stal enemies so the scatter trap clears them very easily. But you can also just throw one without spending any zonaite

The excavator is meant for mining (excavation), which it is quite good at, and you don’t use any durability on your weapons for it.

I’m sorry, but the bolt boat is way better than the fishing troller. It kills fish just as well, and is way faster and slimmer making it so much easier to use. It also costs less. Also, the hot air balloon was my go to way of gaining height in the early game, although I haven’t used it in ages. I haven’t used the wagon, but it seems like a must have if you want to take your horse with towing harness out and there isn’t a wagon nearby.

The wagon's primary purpose is to be attached to a horse harness to safely carry items so they don't un-fuse when hitting the ground. This seemed pretty obvious to me.

Umm… Actually 🤓🤓🤓 2:32 the wagon is a PRIME method of transportation when using the horse. It uses strong wheels that don’t move on their own can use ultrahand on it to attach cargo and only moves with the horse I say it is B.
