I want to thank you Henry. I was having troubles with my wife for a few years, the spark had fizzled out and we never had romantic nights together. I followed one of your recipes and decided to suprise her for our anniversary. Now that she's left me, I don't need to stress about how to please her, and I have a great macaroni salad that tastes even better after a few days in the fridge ( she didn't finish hers, I think the power of the flavours and texture put her off, too haute for her).

I'm glad I am not the only one who likes to take things I cook for a walk in the park. Some people give thanks before their meal. But I always feel that the only way to appreciate the food is to really spend some time with it and discover a new location with the dish. That way, everytime I make that dish again, I am brought back to that time and place. For example, every time I make tuna casserole I am brought back to the time a homeless guy mugged me and poured my casserole down my pants. I wish I could find that guy again to thank him for pushing me to be the best chef I could be. "Next time bring back something edible, ***hole" was exactly what I needed to encourage me to keep moving forward in those trying times. Anyway, great video Henry. I always learn something new and look forward to seeing what you got cooking next.

Thank you for that beautiful recipe! I wanna give it a try, but i have some questions if you are willing to help a newbie out: - On my pasta instructions it states, that i have to boil the noodles 7-8 minutes. Do i go for 7.5 or 1min? - i have nothing that can keep my eyes save from the onion. Ive heard that a spoon in the mouth can help. Would a knife also help? Dont have many spoons. - you encirage new chefs like my to be creative in your videos. (Thank you) I would like your oppinion on this: I dont want to use carotts… they scare me! But i like Pizza! Could I substidise the carotts with pizza? Would that taste good? Thank you Henry and have a nice weekend!
