I had a buddy who was of Puerto Rican descent who had really old grandparents who had a little poodle that was also very old (I think it was 142 in dog years), anyway, the old couple only fed the dog a beef and rice burger patty every day, which I am told had enabled the dog to live so long. The dog did not move very fast, but it seemed relatively healthy and happy for a 142-year-old poodle. The old couple also used to keep the heat on very high (not the heat from the stove, but the actual furnace), so, the place was very hot and humid and the air was stifling. After the couple had passed away my buddy ended up living at that place for a while and the place was still very hot and the air was stifling (not from the stove, nor the furnace, it was just really hot that summer). At that time he had a big dog, a shepherd or something, that had got into something and caught diarrhea. When I went to visit my friend the air was hot and stifling and very humid and there was diarrhea all over the floor. I asked my friend and our buddy Larry who was playing video-games in the front room why they did not clean up the mess, but they were very high. I do not know what ever became of the dogs, and I have not visited my friends for a while, but apparently beef and rice patties are very good for dogs. Now, I am not one to argue against established science, but I think the poodle might have been happier if he had one of your Meatloaf For One meatloafs occasionally as a treat. Also, I do not think your Meatloaf For Ones would have given the big dog as much diarrhea. I cannot help but think that if they had only subscribed to your channel they might have lived happier (if not shorter) lives.

HENRY You don't have to make 1 portion every time you cook. It's easier to cook more and store the leftovers in the fridge. So maybe instead of using 1/8 of the beef, you could double that amount and eat the rest tomorrow.
