You're welcome. The henna treatment, do it once every 6-8 weeks. Otherwise, yes, I do all the steps I shared every wash day (fortnightly). That is prepoo, shampoo, deep condition and moisturise.

@@TiwoKatemecha Thanks again for the information and replying, I have started a routine including a prepoo with aloe vera gel and oil, wash, deep condition and using a tea spray to hydrate my hair throughout the week. I wash my hair weekly. I will now add a henna treatment every 6-8 weeks. I am struggling to stop shedding, thining, and weak hair after many years of wearing braids and weaves continuously. The sturggle is real, but I have seen progress. This henna treatment is something I can include in my new hair routine.

@ladyc8256 Extend the washing to fortnightly. If you can. That would be great. On prepoo, use either or and not both at the same time. So you can do aloe gel this wash day when you feel your hair is thirsty and you can do a hot oil treatment prepoo on another wash day when you feel your hair is dull and has lost some shine. So, alternate. On cleansing, make sure you have a good shampoo. I have a guide on my channel. Check it out if you haven't. Please continue with your decision on deep conditioning every wash day. Just make sure there is no protein in it. Your herbal tea, if you want less breakage then a combination of green tea and hibiscus will do you well. Don't forget to apply oil on your scalp, 2x a week. Otherwise, I wish you all the best in your hair journey. The beginnings are tough but give yourself time, your hair will surprise you. And welcome to the henna club!🙃

You're welcome love. Yea you can but I'll say, let the deep conditioner sit in your hair for a bit before rinsing it out. So that you don't waste its properties. 😊

Absolutely. Preferably use the mask as prepoo. Then proceed to shampooing, deep conditioning and moisturising.

MSM is short for Methylsulfonylmethane. This is an organic sulfur compound that helps with hair loss, hair breakage, Eczema , hair density and the like. Please check my channel, there's a video about it where I explained what it does in detail.
