Hello Adam. I've commented on this video and others but most of the time my comments dissappear. I started a second channel for commenting. I understand what you mean having 2 weeks off walking, it takes a bit to get it back up again. It's a beautiful waterfall. Nice you had it so quiet. It's so cool there and it was all yours. Hope you are well mate👍 Congratulations on your new baby. Hope they are both now. All the best. Jamie.

Hi Adam, Congratulations on the birth of your son, I hope both of them get well soon. Great video I really enjoy watching them, keep them coming. I left home last weekend at 3.30am to climb the Dragons Back as daylight was coming up, fantastic blue sky's and went out to Rhos Dirion then followed one of your suggested route back to the car park. I had to make a short walk because of Christmas visit to relations just up the road. Keith

@@keithwhite1220 Hi Keith thanks for the kind wishes. Glad you’re enjoying the videos too! Wow 3.30am is a solid effort! It must have been fantastic there in the sunrise fair play to you. I love the Rhos Dirion side it’s always dead and you see nobody, feels wild. Have a fantastic Christmas mate. Best wishes, Adam

Congratulations to you both on son number 2. Just got back from my walk avoiding the mud to not far from the falls, near Craig y Nos. Noticing the trees damaged and felled by the storm 😢. Atb Martin

Good to see you out Adam dull hill or not - Mags loved the run. I thought - how is she with your sons? I bet she's lovely. Well, hope the young one gets better. A cool falls indeed. I would expect a little more water in these wet times but it was good. Even better that you missed the crowd by a minute. Well, all the best for the week ahead. Take care. Mark

@@WyeExplorer Hi Mark thanks for watching. Maggie is great with them actually, she’s pretty chilled and not too bothered by them most of the day! Just wants food always and to be walked. It was a nice waterfall to end a grim dank and cold day! Bring on spring please. Hope you have a merry Christmas and enjoy some peace and relaxation. Best wishes, Adam

Congratulations Adam to your new addition - when you mentioned the imminent birth in your last video I thought you might take a break - I didnt expect it to be illness related though.. hope you are all on the mend. I had the lurgy myself, my grandson had a cough and I reckon I might had it after looking after him.... He lives not far from where you were on this walk and can see the Sleeping Giant (Cribarth) from their home in Ystradgynlais. Talking of Flintshire I don't think it is but what always blows my mind about that area - as you cross towards 7 sisters you are entering Powys.... 3 hours away in the car you can still be in Powys!! I thought for a moment you were going to be the only person to video Henrhyd Falls and not mention the batcave...lol. Hope you & the amily have a fabulous Christmas and maybe come 2025 we casn get a walk in together. atb Al

Hi Adam, looks like another good outing. I've yet to visit this one and only learned of it's existence from its presence in the Batman films. A shame to hear of the storm damage. I read that Craig y Nos was temporarily closed for the reason but was reopened a few days ago. There must be a mountain of damage to be cleared across all the National Parks. Congratulations on the birth of your second son! Hope you've had a good Christmas and all the best for 2025.

@@WalksWithOlly Hi Olly thanks for the wishes really appreciate that, I hope you had a great Christmas too! Yes I heard it featured in the Batman movie but I haven’t seen it yet. It’s a cool waterfall you would enjoy it. Look forward to getting out again in the new year. Do you have any new locations planned for the new year? Best wishes, Adam

@adamradford2285 I'm not a huge comic book film fan but I do feel that particular trilogy offers the best of Batman. I'm hoping to explore the south-west cornwr of Exmoor - possibly one of the few points I've not seen. Also, a few parts of South Wales away from the Beacons - including the hills around Abertillery, which is where my dad's parents were from.

@@WalksWithOlly That sounds good Olly, I love Exmoor a great choice of place to go. We live near pontypool so Abertillery is very close, I have walked a few of the hills around there, I hope you enjoy it. Very different from the beacons and certainly much quieter. There’s some cool industrial history and landscape too. Just seen a recent Nantlle Ridge video on your channel, that looks great I’ll check that out this week! Best wishes

@@adamradford2285 Thanks, Adam. I've done a couple of walks around Machen and Cwmbran - definitely much quieter, as you say. I look forward exploring more of those places. Also a bit quicker to get to by car.
