I'm not setting fire to your upload. Don't misunderstand me, please. Far from me beating your nice work on uploading all this nice stuff you do. The point is this composer lacks a good composition technique foundation. Platti or Blavet weren't geniuses but they delivered very good and well structured music. Music is form and structure going through the time.
