for many years, I've attempted to explain what your video spoke of. You want to be in a "baseline" level of fitness, then make the slight modifications as roles appear. The other aspect you mention is the availability of equipment in a particular facility. In military service, we always made due with what was available. Some locations were ideal and others not so much. Therefore, many are left to the discretion of base commanders versus every gym having a basic foot print of the same equipment regardless of assignment.

1. Don't stress 2. Sleep A LOT 3. It's 90% diet 4. Just be super physical, keep moving/using your body instead of sitting around so get a physical job or you're going to fight ups and downs. 5. Your diet only has to be healthy, not high protein. Anyone saying otherwise is not smart even if they're "trained". All my brothers and my youngest son ate and eat whatever they want (not chips and pop) and are massive and "cut". Too much aerobic, you don't gain muscle size. Too much anaerobic, you get too big. A healthy balance, listening to your body, do what you love. Weights are not necessary to be fit and muscular...

I have a full time job but I told myself 2022 is when I get real. When I was younger I was skinny and then I went too 260. I’ve never really like my body but I have to change. I’m 228 now I eat a lot better. But I want to start working out 3x week and go from there. It’s all a self journey to be better we got it everyone.
