Have you been to Placer Big Trees? It's the northern most Grove of Giant Sequoia located near French Meadows. Also on the way up there you can stop by and visit Grouse falls. It's a waterfall that's hundreds of feet tall with a neat little hike to get down to it.

@@ChooseAdventureCaliforniaStyle I try to keep my intros at no more than 30 seconds before I show up and break the silence 😅 sometimes I feel it might be too long, but in this case the fast clips and music added to the suspense, and waiting to see what you had in mind! it worked

Glad I came across your video and it was good with infomation. I will be visiting SFO and will do the PCH over two days. Since the time is limited cannot visit any redwood forests and wondering whether this or any on the way I can stop in the morning to capture some of the light rays coming through the trees (the one you showed on the bench). Since its not that far from SFO on our way I could stop in the morning if you think it will be worth hopping and capturing some images. If not will you recommend a place closer to SFO on our way to PCH? Also looking for an easy trail.

Hey, Thanks! The light rays on the bench is more of a sunset picture than sunrise. There's all kinds of places to get great sunrise pictures. Shark fin Cove is great for photography. Mcway Falls in Big Sur, Carmel... there is a lot! Good luck 🙂
