WAB says he wants the game as realistic as possible and yet despite having direct phone contact with the devs never ever once asked them about how the first game didn't have orphans and how no one in the game had any family, or how everyone looks older than new Ciri. What happened to immersion? 13 years ago Dragons Dogma had younger characters and made them all killable. Surely KCD could do this if they want to be a historically accurate game. I fail to see how the random guy from Mali who traveled all the way across the map to Turkey without being a slave and then ended up employed in the middle of nowhere Bohemia is a more immersive character to have. Or how it was absolutely essential for the devs to instead focus on Henry's complicated preferences. I'll say this again, Worth A Buy actually talks to the devs. He never asked his audience about any suggestions or criticisms they had that he could pass onto the devs. Apparently all he ever did was call them to let them know how much he likes everything about the game. Clearly no one brought up how stupid it is that Henry just eats out of random people's food pots since that is still in KCD2.

I honestly hope that his stream happened during a manic episode, because otherwise he sounded like a completely different person. It really is sad to see. I've been watching Mack for 6 years now, and loved his stuff. To see him act like this is disheartening. People need to understand that this woke stuff isn't simply a matter of "is it shoved down your throat" or "is the gameplay good, though?". These people are banking on the vast majority of people growing tired of keeping up with devlogs, tweets, announcements, etc. exposing developers and publishers as woke ideologs. They know that if they simply start making games that are otherwise good but have woke nonsense baked in, people will eat it up. It doesn't change the fact that this woke nonsense ruins everything it touches. Btw, idk if synth reads these comments, but NNE of Sasau, theres a smoke pillar on the map, that is the location of a bandit camp with some good shit, their leader has a gold lined breastplate and gauntlets (though theyre not as good as the tourney ones iirc), noble clothing and such. But they are kind beefed up, so be prepared, and theres like 7 of them.
