We did the Bradley method too! I was exactly like you when I got pregnant... wanting all the meds the docs had to offer until I took thins class. Everything changed. I’m 37 so I was concerned about any complications since they kept calling me “high risk” and “geriatrics”. Bradley method gave us so much confidence and knowledge. My favorite part was that all I had to do was focus on my husband. He had so many other responsibilities, but I just had to focus on him and breathe. Such an incredible experience!
