I have pretty general question that is very technical, so hopefully Henry Phillips sees this and can give a precise and detailed answer. Henry Phillips, when you are working on your technical demonstrations do you have specific back up plans in the off chance that one of the numerous details which you have precisely planned for unexpectedly turns out surprisingly and uncontrollably like shit? Not that you'd make a mistake but let's say you opened a jar of pampika only to find out that it is mostly dead mouse, do you roll with it or go to a tried and true recipe that doesn't need it, like vegetarian free chicken paprikash but maybe not because that's a bad example because it usually has lots of pampika in it. Okay thank you.

henry: "i wasnt able to find any tomato puree but i found tomato paste which is basically the same thing" my initial reaction: "hilarious, but he has said almost the same line in his iconic 'chili for one' video..." * *a few ingredients/seconds later* * henry: "i wasnt able to find any tomato paste but i found tomato puree which is basically the same thing" LOL i fucking died so hard when i saw this the first time (and every time after tbh), i didnt see the 2 part punchline coming and assumed it was just a repeated joke since its been many years and he started to move on to other ingredients but then it subverts my expectation in seconds, and the new joke itself is gold lol, its a great twist on one of my favorite henry lines ever
