Something not a lot of people may have noticed is that there has been a running gag in every game starting from _Escaping the Prison_ and onward having a "Sneaky Ending," as shown in this video. _Escaping the Prison_ has Sneaky Escapist (which was fittingly named The Sneaky Ending in the original Flash version) while _Stealing the Diamond_ has Unseen Burglar. _Infiltrating the Airship_ has Government Supported Private Investigator, _Fleeing the Complex_ has Ghost Inmate, and those two endings are combined to create the Cleaned 'em Out ending in _Completing the Mission._

However, in the Collection, the developers somehow managed to code the game so that it remembers which ending you got from which game, resulting with the papers not being randomized.

I think every ending is the best on their own, the difference is the quality of the ending. At first you seem this ending is generic because it's about henry stealing again. But something do not realize is this ending is the combination of henry teaming up with Charles (GSPI) and betray Ellie (GI). In every ending combination with GSPI, Henry always teaming up with Charles in CtM. But in this ending, it's not. It's more than Henry doesn't tracked by government to get his help. Just because he teamed up with Charles, doesn't mean he befriended with Charles. Charles is just useful companion for Henry (in this perspective), to get the toppat crime evidence more effective in sneaky way and less trouble, and since he betrayed Ellie and escape from the complex undetected, he DOESN'T deserve to have ending with Charles. Instead, he got something quite useful from Charles, the government comms device. This ending depicted how calculating Henry was. Get whatever he want in the most calculated and less risk way. That's why i like every ending in Ctm.

This ending isn’t even that bad tbh. Henry is a government agent, and still goes on a mission to defeat the Topphat Hat. While it is not clear if they are apprehended, it is safe to assume that they are, since Henry is still working with the government, and is best friends with Charles. Henry is even doing what he does best, but now for good instead of evil. And even though Charles and Henry aren’t on a mission together, since they both work with the government, and are still great friends, it is safe to assume that they will in the future. Plus, this is the only ending where it actually makes sense to leave Ellie, since Henry is a government agent, and we have no idea what kinds of things Ellie could have done to deserve being thrown into the complex.

hi! My name is fireblast and in this comment I will be ranking all of the endings in ctm. This was meant to be my first video but I got bored editing so I am just commenting this In this video. If u look in every one of these videos (in the full movie videos) u can find my ranking. Btw this is just my opinion I would love to see other peoples lists Number 11 out of 16: Cleaned em out I don’t have about cleaned em out. It’s kinda simple… we go in to the train and from the train to the rocket. Steal the goods and go away. Don’t get me wrong its bad ass, but it’s kinda simple. I think I don’t have any nitpicks at this one, and that is y it’s this high on the list, but it doesn’t do much overly great. However this marks the end of the forgettable endings, in my opinion at least, and we get to move on to the better ones (in the other videos I have their rankings, check it out).

Seems reasonable. I like this path mainly for five reasons: 1.) It's got dat smug face, boi! 2.) The fails in this one are pretty hilarious compared to most other routes in the episode. 3.) This is the only GSPI ending where Henry still steals from the Toppats despite being a Government agent. 4.) It's pretty nostalgic to Stealing the Diamond's Unseen Burglar Ending. 5.) And this route has a GOLD MINE of references to different games.

Henry is trying to steal from the Toppats, and Charles is most likely too busy to be a part of this and/or he wouldn't want to be invested into stealing as much as Henry is. Oh and more canonically, he didn't know what Henry did/will do in this route.
