Henry Turns 3!

🎵”On the 1st day of February my parents gave to me...” 🎶 We did one gift a day for 7 days leading up to Henry’s birthday. This was so fun, I think we might turn it into a new tradition!

I am so sick of people down grading the duggars. It's Jessas son. She can give him whatever she wants to. Jessa is a wonderful mother and God has blessed her with 3 beautiful babies. Way to go 👏 Jessa.

Henry’s speech is getting better, my son had the same issues. We just slowed down our speech and enunciated for him and made him practice words he struggled with. He will grow out of it!

Oh my goodness.. such great ideas! Gifts for everyone to enjoy.. we love thinking outside the box.. and books are perfect gifts! My children love books and they are now teens.. That squirrel was a hoot! And spurgeon filming had us cracking up.. reminded me of old home movies!.. 😊

I might add we have 4 older children out of the home and we adopted 3 babies who now are.. 15 14 and 11..but they all loved reading time always. We are currently doing the Hobbit.

I love that you allow your kids to do things themselves... fill the bird feeder, carry the ladder together. Many parents just do it themselves as to not be as messy or time consuming but that doesnt teach them how to figure things out. Happy birthday Henry. The gifts everyday were an excellent idea. I wish I had thought of that when my children were small. They were born on the 4th, 12th and 27th of the month. No snow in the south. Great video! Happy Birthday to Henry. I really enjoyed watching this. The boys are so smart and funny, and you and Ben seem to be excellent parents. I love the gift a day idea! Spurgeon knows his sharks! We feed the birds a lot here too and the baffle is the only way we've found to keep the squirrels away. That and the squirrel buster bird feeder (but that's rather spendy).
