Obviously part of the satire, hyping up the fresh recruits and reinforcing the idea they are about to become an elite soldier even though they are also very expendable and don't have nearly as high of a employment standard as they are made up to be. The message at the beginning tells us that the estimated readiness rating is only about 21% for the current batch of recruits.

Fun Fact: If you have a shield backpack and hug someone they are also protected by your shield... so if you're ever the recoiless rifle or autocannon ammo carrier and a shield user wants to hug, accept ASAP because an orbital strike is probably imminent.

This is such a well-done and long clip. Henya is so cute, Helldivers is phenomenally great. So is this really just going to be another comment complaining about how Zen conducts herself in co-op games among her friends and coworkers even if they don't mind...? *Yes.* As a viewer, it gets obnoxious fast, even in games where killing your buds is sort of the point. Matara going aggro right back and forcing Zen to back down is so satisfying when it happens because nobody else wants to rock the boat much. I'd blow up collabs over this, so I guess good thing I'm not in Vshojo (yet).
