There's the city of Buffalo, NY, the animal called "buffalo", and an uncommonly used verb "to buffalo", which means "to bully, harass, or intimidate". An extended version that sounds less confusing is: "Bison from Buffalo, which bison from Buffalo bully, also bully bison from Buffalo."
