If you chose the Nomad lifepath, a certain dialogue option allows V to give Jackie some mechanical pointers. This in turn changes Jackie's bike's appearance slightly, though it's cosmetic only. It's a nice gesture though.

I personally think the Corpo start is the coolest by far. Your character by comparison feels so much more fleshed out with a way deeper friendship with jackie. Basically being an Arasaka agent you did a lot of fucked up shit, but that business linked you up with a gun for hire. Eventually your murder plot gets outed and you're a corpo rat that kicked out of the glass high rises to live the street life, but jackie is there to pick you up. With him you watch as this corpo bad bitch turns to a pro street side merc. It also gives the heist insane value because it's you and that person who literally saved you now hitting back on the people who betrayed you, but that's what makes it all the more tragic. Not to mention this dilemma of corpo life vs raw vengeance is present throughout the who story. Also the bonus of being one of the baddest bitches around with corpo dialogues. Fitting for legend merc V.

@ sadly i can't quite remember, but odds are corpo dialogue either reveals how good/bad that prospect actually is since you speak corpo lingo OR you're more sympathetic towards it & the corpo system. That's what most other corpo dialogues are but I'd double check.

Henya is participating in low level "aggressive stealth". Before ya get David's Sandy, ya "sneak" through things by killing all the witnesses! At high level, ya do the same thing with a nanowire, mantis blades, the iconic throwing knives, grenades and iconic katanas without breaking stealth!

My ideal timeline for this game is that they split it in two. The first part being a stretched out opening part up to the heist and Jackie's death, ending with V's "death". The second game would have picked up with V waking up in the dump and getting pulled out by Guro, leading into the rest of the game. We get a full game with Jackie instead of a quick video of him and V getting to know each other, and the part with Silverhand would have felt a bit better at the start of a game instead of 20+ hours in.

no he wouldnt have. V was a special case where she was dead because of a low caliber bullet and brought back by accident by the chip. jackie had multiple gun shot wounds to the chest area.

According to the minds of Reddit Jackie would still have died. See Jackie bleed out due to a gut wound and the relic can't fix that much blood loss. V was taken out with a low caliber bullet to the head and the relic went to work reconstructing V's head as it was supposed to due when activated. Basically Jackie saved V's life by giving them the relic.

Jackie's death will never not be funny to me, because when I played, instead of pulling the chip out of his head, he pulled his gun, Cyberpunk was such a broken mass I couldn't take anything seriously, and I tried, but the constant T-posing, missing textures and glitches made it impossible. I probably should play it again, but man did leave a bad first impression, especially with all the hype they built around it.
