By complete coincidence, I just watched a video of a veteran Disney animator who demonstrated the process of drawing in-between frames, and he uses the same exact technique at @0:30 of putting the 5 fingers between the pages in order to rapidly flip them back and forth with one hand in order to see the animation on paper as they draw with the other hand.

That's the God Soldier from Miyazaki's Nausicaa... which was animated by a young Hideaki Anno. A 2 for 1 legendary reference.

Tbh, that is the only show where I can see this going "It was all a dream at the end." Girl clearly didn't know where to go with her storyboard and her main flaw is that she wants to do everything alone, not accepting any help. So her, learning these things in an Isekai makes sense. After all, this was what Isekai (like Digimon) were originally about. People with flaws overcame them by having an adventure in a different world.

Spoiler Warning ⛔ It looks like her abilities only activate during times of crisis for now. She's unable to draw the same thing twice, it has to be something new. She gets knocked out after the ability has passed. The time it takes for her to wake up depends on how long it would've have taken her to do the animation in real time since she's doing it at a superhuman rate.

I get that this is an isekai, but it’s kinda disappointing that with a premise of her being sent to the world of the anime that inspired her to animate, she could have been sent to something like Pokemon or Ghibli, or ANY OTHER KIND OF WORLD, but instead her inspiration looks no different from any other isekai.
