Flex sensor usually goes on the return side after regulator. Love the build!
@rotorglowralliart22223 жыл бұрын
The evo x kit puts in on feed line right by the fuel pump but it’ll work on feed or return honestly. Just a matter of when it passes through the sensor for ethanol content. It’ll be slower to change on fuel return after regulator than as close to the pump as possible.
@sydwyz44773 жыл бұрын
Maybe with stock hard lines? We ran into huge flow issues on the feed side but we were also using -8 feed lines.

Devin thats a parallel setup. So that means the regulator feeds both rails with equal fuel pressure at the same time. So it doesnt go from one side to the other with this setup. It looks like you got it setup 100% perfect my dude. that vacuum line thats by the fuel feed and return lines is the gas tank vent, id run a vacuum line from that hardline to under the car so that you're not getting fumes in the bay. Cant wait to see this thing rip! Bader is getting into tuning now too, maybe you can hit him up?
@CharlieCarmichael3 жыл бұрын
Devin, the ethanol content sensor should be between the fuel rails and the regulator.
@roykim53223 жыл бұрын
You should get the Cobb fuel pressure sensor. Your tuner will love it and also there’s a fail safe mode.
@bluenoseixmr3 жыл бұрын
I’d put that flex fuel sensor on the return line instead of the feed. Love the content.

I think mounting the IAG AOS 90 degrees left or right so the AOS 4 vent hoses/ports and drain hose/port run parallel to the firewall of the car rather than pointing straight out would make it look much cleaner and tidier. Granted you may have to make up some extra length custom hoses to fit. Looks awesome otherwise good work Devin 👊👍☺️
@markpascua78053 жыл бұрын
Give you props for finish this car fast and letting it eat ASAP
@jaykhaw50253 жыл бұрын
I think the correct explanation of the lines for the regulator is actually the feed T-Off to 2 lines into the fuel rails and after each fuel rail back to the regulator so that both rails are connected parallel and have equal pressure. Fuel pressure regulators are placed after the rails to regulate the fuel pressure. Devin must have got a bit confused because this has 2 rails instead of 1.
@abelsgarage3 жыл бұрын
I hope you know those lines are not rated for e85. You need the ptfe lines

@mrIrwinF3 жыл бұрын
Hey I don't think the flex fuel sensor should be seeing any fuel pressure (from the pump to the regulator can see upwards of 40psi),I believe it should be connected on the return line between the regulator & fuel tank, plus I didn't see any fuel filter in your setup dunno if you running one or not...The car looks beautiful by the way.
@sirpression54783 жыл бұрын
