I have found dr Bernard Jensen’s alfalfa tabs are regrowing my hair I take 6 with each meal 18. A day. It’s a food. Not a drug. It puts its roots 250 feet into the ground to pull up all the nutrition” Our soil has been messed with so much that the top souls lacks a lot of nutrients So alfalfa can provide the missing nutrients We are really a whole lot of water held together with minerals & proteins from Mother Earth :)
