Mentissa Aziza is no stranger to The Voice. She won the very first season of The Voice Kids Vlaanderen (Belgium) in 2014, after which she auditioned for The Voice of Holland in 2018. In the Netherlands, she made it to the Knockouts on Team Lil’ Kleine. I just appreciate that in the blind audition of The Voice France, there are not claps, and I can hear the whole performance perfectly. She has an amazing voice. Nice choice to go to the Voice France. Better song selections, and better performances.

What a powerful voice! I didn't understand a single word of the french lyrics and still it gave me chills. I think if they had chosen a different song for the final she could have won, it's just such a powerful song that without the original voices it just doesn't feel right, no matter how well she sang it. But that song with Grand Corps Malade was simply beautiful.

Overall that was OK... the problem was that every performance had several really off parts that just sounded bad (pitchy, shrill, yelling, shaky etc). The one exceptions were the 2 performances that were in French, those were her best... they were the only ones without all of those issues.

her tone is beautiful. you can spend your life studying and practising music, if you don't have a beautiful tone, you're just ok. overall ;)
