This is proof that you don't have to be the type of woman that America points to as a success. She is like me. I have been married more that once. In America they make that a shame. I did not go to college but I am very intelligent, as was the Empress. Her cause and heart was for women and the help aid and upbringing of her children. Just like mine. Support of her King and her nation was in her heart. Wow. I feel so much better knowing this. All praises, to HIM and the Empress. Jah Rastafari!

This comes from the heart Menen....I will never forget you. You wore your crown with the upmost dignity and you were a vessel of good and righteousness before the Lord. If I was ever Emperor of your husband's monarchy, no one would ever forget about your love, Selassie I. Blessings bestowed upon you from Cashine from Jamaica.

Women are more capable for listening and finding solutions. This is my new Idol for a woman. I am a man who thinks mama is more important than papa. Papa is never there, mama is always around!!!!!!!!

Andres Badilla H.I.M Emperor Haile Selassie I brought H.I.M Empress Menen up to His level... showing us balance and harmony in both feminine and masculine. Neither superior because there is no competition, they compliment one another. They are Christ, the perfect example of what man N woman must strive to be! Bendiciones. Rastafari live✊🏿

The story seems mixed up. King Menilik's wife princess Tayitu was the one who married before she met the king.
@Mirkuzz3 жыл бұрын
It was both, as it was very common back then for a women to get married at a very early age and to later or marry again as she would lose her first husband to death due to either the gap in their age or through battles.

Actually, King Teferi Mekonin was her 5th husband she was mover for one husband to another dispite her will. Almost all the story told In Ethiopia about the royal family is lie. Thank you for shading light in this matter.
