Even at the end when she went to apologize to yuyi her apology was not sincere because she lied about going abroad with her mother instead of just go straight to the truth about apologizing to him. Anyway she should start apologizing to Gao Jie, Pan Yue and Gao Hai first for causing so much sufferings and pain. And then yuyi. It's still all about herself and own happiness. The same gwith the mother. If wu xiaoci is sincere in her own reflections she should apologize to Pan Yue for stealing her husband and works, kidnapping her as well as causing the death of grandpa Pan. Then Gao Jie for manupilating and scheming to prevent her to get into the jewelry industry so that her daughter would be able to shine. Then she should also apologize to Mu Ziyun for framing her on theft of the diamonds overseas. All these the mother and daughter didn't do how can they atone for all the guilt, hurt and crimes that they had committed.

So like mother like daughter ... no remorse ... it's all about themselves. She didn't even realized that her mother was like that today was because of all the bad deeds both mother and daughter did to Pan Yue and Gao Jie. Both were still all about themselves.
