Yes she was great with natural hair. But in the beginning of thw video the stylist mentioned she is going to high school. Now putting that in mind, the wig is the easiest way to manage daily. I have natural hair and work 5 days a week, am telling you it takes patience, grace, tons of money (yes ) and someone who knows what they are doing to mange it.

I wore wigs in high school, this brought back those memories. My hair was damaged and some times I just didn't want to deal with it. The wigs gave my hair a rest. It is an age appropriate ponytail. I know I didn’t think about a lace front nothing in high school. The most we did was spray some track with pump it up, curl it with hard rulers and put it in the microwave. We wrapped those tracks around our heads and went out the door!

@@ms.virgo8279 wigs do not make your edges fall out. If you have a wig that's anchored down with glue or adhesive and you don't remove it properly that can make it edges fall out. But since the adhesive or even gel for that matter is attached to the skin and not the hair it doesn't make your hair fall out. In fact wigs protect your hair so you can grow your hair out while you wear them.

@@peepla7 Wearing any protective style too much isn't good for your hair. That includes braids, weaves, etc. What's wrong with just wearing your own natural hair sometimes is all I said. And most of the time these young girls not putting or taking the wigs or weave on or off right so eventually many will lose their edges and/or hair lose. But again...read what I said I'm not against wigs but give your hair a rest.

What I am saying is wigs do not cause people to lose her edges neither do braids, is how they do it that causes the issues if the braid is too tight ...if the weave is too tight or if the the wig is actually glue down over the edges instead of just the skin. personally when I use a wig I use a water soluble lace gel over my actual skin not my hair. Basically we're saying the same thing.
