What happened to us women and men of God is that when we get prophecies from man's mouth we don't go to God for clarity. We run with it because we trust them so much we forget that God has the final say. We don't go before God and ask him if he's speaking here . But our flesh got the better of us because of excitement. Am not condemning anyone but I need men and women to start putting the prophecy to the foot of the cross when you here somone prophecy about your kingdom spouse.

A Test to have a Testimony ... I went through a similar situation of verbal abuse from years 2 - 9 but one day I read Malachi 2: 14 - 16 and I recognized that I was dealt with treacherously by my husband. I definitely could not continue until death do us part because I would be dead and my child would have been abused. I made a decision and charged my conscience to God because He knew everything that happened and after 18 years divorced I have submerged myself in ministry to former inmates. I have asked God to keep me faithful to Him only. Not looking for remarriage only eternal life with my God and Father; my BFF Jesus and my COO Chief Operating officer the Holy Spirit ... I married at 21 to a man who became physically abusive. I divorced him after 13 years and 2 kids. I am now a Minister, and have been believing The Lord for a good, saved husband. The man I was believing for never came back into my life, so after 20 or so years, I gave God permission to choose my husband, and released the other man. Then prophetic voices started talking about "a divine replacement". God is telling me I have to relocate, and I believe whole heartedly the husband I've been praying and believing for is there!!! Received many confirmations.

I needed to watch this because I thought God told me who my husband was and the guy has been insinuating that he knows im his future wife but he isnt pursuing me 🤔 first red flag. And the longer I am acquainted with him, the more red flags I am noticing and some are major flags. I decided to let it go. If its of God, it will workout in His timing but Im keeping my options open as I seek God’s direction. Discernment is key 🔑 Divorce is not for a marriage that God ordained. If God did not ordain it and the relationship is abusive, God will not force you to stay in it. The word also says that adultery is grounds for divorce. So God does allow divorce if the marriage was not ordained by Him and/or the relationship is abusive. Being unequally yoked is also about if your partner is living a godly lifestyle or not. If the two do not agree they cannot walk together to advance God’s kingdom. If the relationship is destructive, how can it glorify God and His kingdom? God will not bless that marriage. We need to get out of the religious mindset regarding marriage/divorce.

I've always wanted one marriage forever, but I was deceived by moving it of shame. My husband was sure to always remind me of the scripture pertaining divorce and remarriage, but would forget/reject all of the others on how to treat his wife and family. God coming to get me was the biggest act of grace and mercy I've known. 🥺

This interview is absolutely, incredibly powerful! The storm I’ve been walking through is a bit different. I was dx with breast cancer in 2000 at 27, then again in 2008 at 35 and then in 2011 at 39 where the dx was stage 4. The cancer had spread to my brain, bones, lungs, adrenal glands and ovaries. My oncologist at the time said I had about 2 years from diagnosis to death but I immediately rebuked her words and reminded her that I was a child of God and my outcome will be different. That was almost 11 years ago. It has been an incredibly difficult journey. God has carried me faithfully through and restored me from two brain surgeries , blood clots over 80% of my lungs, a brain hemorrhage after the second brain surgery, loss of motor function on my left side, seizures and the list goes on. During all of this, I’ve lived alone (no husband, boyfriend or children) but thankfully I have had amazing support from family and friends. I can only give testimony on how good our God has been to me. He has saved and kept me and though I have not yet exited this storm I can only give glory to and for how God has navigated me through this ongoing battle for my life. I had to stop working, yet God has miraculously cared for me the past 11 years without losing my standard of living. I have 3 degrees including a Bachelors and Masters in business, along with a degree in Computer Science. So at the time of my dx I had an extremely well paying job, owned my own home and drove a nice vehicle. I had to go on disability and so my income dropped by 90%; yet at every turn God has done so many financial miracles to keep me afloat- from supernatural debt cancelation to unexpected funds coming just in time. Health wise, he has pulled me from the brink of death on different occasions. I’ve lost count of how many chemotherapy sessions I’ve had and as per my doctors, I will be on chemotherapy the rest of my life - but again I say only God has the final say and my healing will come and all the years the locust has tried to take from me - will be fully restored and there will be no smell of smoke upon me. Please always keep in your heart that our God is a good and loving God! We each share in a tiny way, Christ’s journey of suffering to Calvary, to the cross, to His death and His beautiful resurrection! Many days, while lying sick in bed, I would offer up my suffering to God as I know all that I’m going through will be used for His glory and honor. April 3rd I celebrated my 50th birthday. My life has been a 22 year testimony to the power of God to walk with us through any storm. I continue to thank God as I know He will deliver me. Will it be the way I want - I don’t know, but I thank Him anyway because the most important thing is that His will be done and His name be glorified.

I cried to God about my life August 1972 until February 1973. God showed me that I was going to get married to my husband. I did not even know how to get in touch with him at the time. I had no clue of his whereabouts. We had many difficulties. I stayed in the relationship. Ten years before we got married. It has been very difficult. I stayed for 42 years of marriage. Looking on the total picture of our lives shows many landmarks of what God is doing in both of our lives. The work of God in our lives is more distinct than all of the numerous faults of both us. And take my Word, we are very imperfect people. Our marriage and family is far more beautiful than we deserve. As well as we age well. God is doing a marvelous work in the Earth. She faced a Spiritual Battle. Many of those craziness are out of this world. Had God not been on our side neither one of the two of us would remain married. I am sorry to learn of her experience. I can see clearly that it is a Spiritual Battle.

People need to understand that a prophecy about a relationship does not negate the need for due diligence. In this story, I didn’t hear anything about pre-marital counseling. The Bishop who prophesied should have encouraged premarital counseling. Some of the issues would have surfaced and could have been dealt with before the marriage. The fate of this marriage could have been prevented because they are both Christians and have support in the church.

@@lenniecoombs5362 Pre-marital counselling, statistically, has proven to be very useful in starting marriages off with realistic expectations and being equipped to go through for the long haul. An experienced, discerning Christian counsellor would know how to expose some key areas. Of course, we can never know everything. That is not what pre-marital counselling is about. Remember, these are Christians. If proper due diligence was taken, the red flags (which she admitted seeing from before the marriage but ignored in the name of prophecy) could have been addressed and perhaps a decision taken to not go through with the wedding.

The enemy comes to steal, kill and destroy. Even what God commanded, instructed, ordained or put together, once a loophole or crack is there, the enemy will present himself. A true prophecy can be given to a couple or an individual and things happen to resist, delay or hinder the manifestation of it. Pray and ask God for wisdom, discernment, guidance and peace. Things can be the wrong timing, temptation, generational curses, things of our own doing, things that others are doing in our space, sin, rebellion, refusal to do what God says, etc. There were mindsets and behaviour issues. An evil seed was planted and the fruit born to destroy the marriage. Maybe the intent was for life and ministry to die but God reigns and will fulfill whatever purpose and good to arise following this experience.

That testimony was so down to earth and indepth that persons who can identify with her experiences, don't have to stay in an abusive relationships whether or not you are a Christian. We are all special in God's sight, we have to learn to love ourselves before we can love others let alone for them to love us. 1 Cor 13 speaks about the kind of love we should exhibit & if it doesn't match up, there goes the' Red Flag'. Love is not easily angered. Jesus never called any woman to be an apostle, it doesn’t line up with the words in the Bible. So that’s a LIE! He called 12 men no women, who is a LIAR God or this woman? When i got saved in 2006, i had broken off a relationship and i decided to take time to love & care for myself more, i made up my mind to remain single for the rest of my life & ask Father God to keep me . The guy had unresolved issues that should have been dealt with before you entered into marriage. In addition to marriage counseling couples should each get individual counseling before they enter into marriage. A lot of people are carrying hurts and baggages that they take into marriages . Too many people keep making that mistake because they are too excited to get married.

This is so true especially people that have divorced and left with bitterness and unresolved issues. They always carry that hurt and pain in the into the next relationship or marriage. Abuse (physical, emotional and verbal) is real. It's never easy to leave an abusive marriage because society doesn't make it easy for you to leave.

the parts that stood out the most for me is 1.. when we see the red flags do no ignore... red flags can also be worked on as we all have our flaws. when the storms of life arises we ought to stay rooted and grounded. just as when there a real storm and we are preparing for it. in a relationship it takes two to argue two to do everything hence we cannot walk together if we don't agree. thank for sharing your story it is such an inspiration and an eye opener. ❤🙏🗣
